At Natural Approach Health & Fitness, I teach you how your body works, through genetics, nourishment, movement, herbs, and nervous system support, so you can stop starting over and start building roots. For years (personally and professionally) I did what most of the wellness world teaches: chase symptoms, follow protocols, override signals, and hope the next “right plan” would finally fix things. But bodies aren’t machines. They’re living systems. True healing didn’t begin when I found better supplements or stricter plans. It began when I learned how to listen, to patterns, rhythms, history, stress, and the quiet signals most of us are taught to ignore. That’s when Rooted Resilience was born. Not about forcing change. About building a foundation your body can trust. Rooted Resilience is the ability to grow steady health from the ground up...even after burnout, illness, hormone chaos, or years of “doing everything right.” It’s built when you: -understand your body’s patterns instead of fighting them -use genetics as information, not destiny -nourish rather than restrict -move to restore, not punish -create safety for your nervous system -build habits that fit real life, not perfect plans Not to override biology.
